Sky News' Paul Kelso takes a closer look at the numbers behind Labour's plan for a new state-owner provider GB Energy, and their plans for renewable energy.

Labour plans are more adventurous leading to a renewable electivity grid by 2030, and Sir Keir Starmer argues that this will reduce home bills.

But this view is widely contested, not adequately taking into account the initial capital investment cost needed for more wind farms and solar panels.
