President Joe Biden and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau have announced a northern border deal to address the growing number of migrants crossing from the U.S. into Canada. The deal allows Canada to turn away asylum seekers at unofficial entry points and send them back across the border. Abdulla Daoud, executive director of The Refugee Centre in Montreal, joins Amna Nawaz to discuss.
