Homelessness: Government won't meet target to end rough sleeping by 2024, says report

According to the Kerslake Commission, which was set up to analyse policy around homelessness, rough sleeping has increased by 26% this year and there are record numbers of people living in temporary housing.

Sky's Jason Farrell meets up with Ian Harrison, 33, to see how he survives on the streets - and discovers that when they call for help, they're put on hold for over an hour.
