Homelessness: Government won't hit target to end rough sleeping by 2024, report says

Homelessness went up 26% in the past year, that's despite the government promising to end rough sleeping by 2024.

The findings, from the Kerslake Commission, said that the target was being missed due to "unresolved systemic issues which have the country exposed to rising homelessness".
