Housing sales in Vancouver and Toronto increased in May. The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver says May home sales increased 15.7 per cent compared to the same month a year ago, and the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board found May's home sales were up 25 per cent from the previous year.
