The Bibby Stockholm, the barge in Dorset that's part of the Government's plan to house asylum seekers, has been empty for more than a month.

The first 39 people made to board were evacuated in August after Legionella bacteria was found. But the Home Office is set on moving up to 500 people onto the barge as soon as safety checks are complete.
