Several tourists, especially from southern states, traveling to Himachal Pradesh after lifting restrictions on the movement by the state government. A huge influx of tourists was witnessed in many parts of the state including Shimla, Manali, and other places. Hotels in Shimla and Manali were packed to capacity over the weekend. AMid these people aren't following COVID protocols.
