The Health Secretary responds to allegations against him and the Government, made by the Prime Minister's former chief adviser Dominic Cummings.

Matt Hancock called them unsubstantiated and untrue - but said things hadn't been easy at the start of when was coronavirus first found in the UK, and that the team have had to learn lessons along the way.
