The controversy around the Spanish Football Federation President Luis Rubiales shows no signs of dying down. Prosecutors have launched an investigation into whether his action amount to criminal sexual assault. Rubiales had kissed Spanish player Jenni Hermoso on the lips at the medals ceremony following their victory in the Women's World Cup final.
