Guatemala's electoral commission is insisting next month's presidential run-off will proceed as planned.
A lower court had suspended Bernardo Arevalo's Semilla party, following allegations of fraud.
But that has now been overruled by the country's supreme electoral court.
Arevalo came second in the first round of voting last month.
