The Chief Constable of Greater Manchester Police has apologised to three victims of child sexual grooming gangs in Rochdale.

He admitted that the force could and should have done much more to protect them.
 
The apology comes a decade after a trial which saw nine men convicted for the sexual exploitation f children, as Sky News' Home Editor Jason Farrell reports.
