Mike Cannon-Brookes has acquired more than 11 per cent of AGL Energy, becoming its largest shareholder. He has vowed to fight the company's planned demerger, which would split it into two entities and continue operating coal-fired power stations for another two decades. In an extended interview with #60Mins, Mike Cannon-Brookes says the demerger is purposefully designed to move away from the difficult issues.
