Government unveils plans to build more homes

The Housing Secretary has said he stands by the Conservative manifesto commitment to build 300,000 homes a year 'by the middle of this decade.'

Michael Gove was making the comments after delivering a speech on planning reforms, which included regenerating and reviving inner cities.
