Housing Secretary Michael Gove has summoned a local housing association chief over the death of a child from exposure to damp and mould.
A coroner found that Awaab Ishak "died as a result of a severe respiratory condition caused due to prolonged exposure to mould in his home environment" and "action to treat and prevent the mould was not taken".
