On tonight’s top story: After years of negotiations, nearly 200 nations have made history by signing the High Seas Treaty, a legally-binding pact to protect international oceans. The framework aims to place 30 per cent of the global ocean under protection by 2030. Redmond Shannon reports on the new deal that’s being called “world-changing.”
