Poland has now submitted a request to the German government to transfer its Leopard tanks to Kyiv. And earlier, the German defense minister Boris Pistorius encouraged allies with Leopard tanks to begin training Ukrainian forces on how to use them. But at a press conference here in Berlin with NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg - he said Berlin has NOT yet said whether it plans to deliver tanks -- adding THAT decision rests with Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
