General Lord Dannatt: 'War crimes are stacking up'

The former head of British Army, General Lord Richard Dannatt, says that Russian actions in Ukraine look "increasing like genocide", and evidence should be gathered.

He also questioned whether Ukraine may have to face up to ceding control of some territory in the Donbas region to Russia, to secure a future peace deal.
