Trucks carrying the first deliveries of essential aid, even fuel, have begun to enter the Gaza Strip. Shortly after the 4-day pause in fighting came into effect, trucks were allowed to entered the enclave via Egypt's Rafah border crossing in the south. Egypt has said that 200 aid trucks would enter Gaza every day during the truce. The deliveries will also include 130,000 liters of diesel and four trucks of gas. Before the war, the number of trucks entering Gaza daily was around 500.
