Leaders at the G20 summit in Delhi have reached consensus on a declaration despite stark differences over how to reference the war in Ukraine.
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the adoption of the text, which calls on all states to refrain from the threat or use of force for territorial gain. It also called on Russia and Ukraine to ensure the uninterrupted delivery of grain from both countries. Climate change was also a key element, with leaders backing efforts to triple the world's renewable energy capacity by 2030. Russia and China's leaders are absent from the summit but sent diplomats in their place.
