FSB seize explosive device in raids on Islamic State followers in Moscow

Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) officers arrested several Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS) followers who were preparing terrorist attacks in the Moscow region. During the raids, FSB officers found and seized a homemade explosive device and disarmed it with a robot. According to the agency, the detained group was engaged in recruiting new members and financing terrorists.
