Islamic State claims responsibility for Iran attacks

Dozens of people were killed in two explosions near the tomb of a general in the city of Kerman, Iran.

At the time of the explosions, a ceremony was being held to mark the 2020 assassination of Iran's top commander Qassem Soleimani.

The terrorist group Islamic State have claimed responsibility for the attacks.
