Fred Sirieix and Emma Willis are the hosts of 'The World Cook' which follows 16 cooks from around the globe who come together to compete in a culinary competition.

Sirieix, who is best known as Channel 4’s First Dates Maître d’, sampled food in Iceland, Turkey, Croatia, Crete and Thailand, as he returned as co-host the cooking programme.

He and Michelin star chef Atul Kochlar spoke to Sky's Kay Burley about international cuisine and Sirieix's charity The Right Course, which runs training restaurants in prisons to help prisoners train for jobs in hospitality on their release.
