France, Italy impose Easter lockdowns as COVID cases surge

France and Italy have reimposed lockdowns as European nations struggle to contain a rising number of COVID-19 infections.
In Spain, traditional Easter processions are cancelled, but in Barcelona, some have been making the most of the weather.
In the United Kingdom, police have asked people not to travel long distances during the holiday, while the prime minister has issued a reminder.
