Former police commissioner Param Bir Singh is been accused of extortion, helping terrorist Kasab. Total 5 cases have been registered against Parambir Singh. He has been called for questioning by the Chandiwal Commission. After the Chandiwal Commission, he has to appear in fort court. Fort court has declared Parambir a fugitive on the initiative of the Maharashtra government. Maharashtra CID has also called Parambir for questioning.
