A lookout notice has been issued against former Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh in an alleged extortion case, said Mumbai Police on Friday. "A lookout circular has been issued against Prambir Singh," Thane Police Commissioner Jai Jeet Singh told ANI.
