1. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said the House will vote on the stimulus bill today. Joe Biden is expected to sign the $1.9 trillion relief bill into law later this week.
2. Flooding in Hawaii caused several thousand people to be evacuated. Governor David Ige declared a state of emergency in Hawaii after heavy rains led to landslides, floods and fear of dam failures.
3. The FBI released video of a capitol pipe bombs suspect who planted explosive devices near the Democratic and Republican committee headquarters in Washington, D.C. on the night before the Capitol riots.
4. Another official from ousted Myanmar leader Aung San Suu Kyi's party has died in custody. Zaw Myat Linn is the second party figure to die in detention this week.
5. Texas ends its state mask mandate today. Governor Greg Abbott also allowed business to operate at full capacity.
