Five Americans who've spent years in jail in Iran are finally on their way home - after a prisoner swap deal was brokered by Qatar.

Under the deal, which followed months of complex negotiations, the United States agreed to unfreeze almost £5 billion in Iranian oil money.
Iran's President Ebrahim Raisi described the release of the detainees as "purely a humanitarian action."
