The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations said early Sunday that a fire at a fireworks factory in Rostov-on-Don had burned through 4,000 square meters of property.
The local branch of the ministry deployed over 400 firefighters to tackle the blaze, which created a spectacular - albeit impromptu and unplanned - display over the city.
