A brief ceasefire in Syria’s eastern province of Deir az Zor has fallen apart.
Arab tribal fighters are continuing their uprising against the Kurdish-dominated SDF force.
But there are concerns the Syrian government and its ally Iran are trying to take advantage of the unrest.
US troops are also based in the resource-rich province.
