Fifty years since Roe v Wade: How has access to abortion changed?

It has been 50 years since the US Supreme Court ruled on the case known as Roe versus Wade, giving women the constitutional right to abortion.
That was overturned last June when the court's conservative majority allowed states to set their own laws, changing the ways women can access an abortion.
