Families of more than 130,000 missing Syrians say they want the global community to address what human rights groups have called a crime against humanity.
They have teamed up with survivors and put together a plan, with the hope that they could bring justice for their loved ones.
They put past and continuing violations on the table as they negotiate with the Bashar al-Assad government.
