कश्मीर घाटी में आतंकियों की टारगेट किलिंग थमने का नाम नहीं ले रही है. हाल ही में कुलगाम में आतंकियों ने बैंक में घुसकर विजय कुमार की गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी. इसी टारगेट किलिंग पर जम्मू और कश्मीर में बीजेपी नेता रविंद्र रैना ने कहा कि पहले भी आतंकियों को खत्म किया और अब भी करेंगे, कश्मीर में षड्यंत्र नहीं चलने देंगे.
