Nigerians have been protesting for weeks against police brutality and corruption. Rights groups are citing what they call credible reports that some demonstrators were killed. The army calls the reports "fake news." Authorities in Nigeria's biggest city Lagos are vowing to investigate reports that security forces have opened fire on protesters. A DW news team was in Lagos at the scene - and got caught up in the shooting.
