Eastern areas of Ukraine are bracing for a new a large-scale Russian military operation. Among various sites, the airport of the city Dnipro was struck and destroyed by missiles over the weekend, wounding several people.

Meanwhile, Russian withdrawal from Ukraine's northern areas has left behind death and destruction. Investigators are currently exhuming bodies from mass graves around the capital Kyiv, where the remains of 1,200 people have been found so far, according to Ukraine authorities.
