Russian occupiers are pulling out of Ukraine's Kharkiv region, as a swift counteroffensive reclaims significant parts of the country.

In Kharkiv and surrounding cities and towns, jubilant soldiers are posting videos of themselves raising the Ukrainian flag in places where the Russians have fled. Much of their success is thanks to precision weapons supplied by the West.
