DK Shivakumar Controversy: कर्नाटक सरकार के डिप्टी सीएम शिवकुमार को SC से बड़ा झटका | Supreme Court

कर्नाटक के डिप्टी सीएम डीके शिवकुमार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट से तगड़ा झटका लगा है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आय से अधिक संपत्ति मामले में CBI जांच रद्द करने की याचिका को खारिज किया. शिवकुमार पर CBI केस चलता रहेगा. कोर्ट ने अपने आदेश में कहा कि वो हाईकोर्ट के आदेश में दखल देने के पक्ष में नहीं है. डीके शिवकुमार ने इसे लेकर याचिका दाखिल की थी. सीबीआई ने आरोप लगाया है कि शिवकुमार ने 2013 से 2018 के बीच अपनी आय के ज्ञात स्रोतों से ज्यादा संपत्ति अर्जित की है।

CBI case against Shivkumar will continue. The court said in its order that it is not in favor of interfering in the High Court order. DK Shivkumar had filed a petition regarding this. The CBI has alleged that Shivakumar amassed wealth disproportionate to his known sources of income between 2013 and 2018.
