SC Verdict On Article 370 Scrapping: अनुच्छेद 370 को खत्म करने के केंद्र सरकार के फैसले के खिलाफ आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट फैसला का फैसला आने वाला है. 370 को निरस्त करने के खिलाफ दायर की गई याचिकाओं पर आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट की संविधान पीठ अपना फैसला सुनाने जा रही है. 2019 में इसके खिलाफ कुल 18 याचिकाएं दायर की गई थीं, जिन पर 16 दिन सुनवाई हुई. इस पर 5 सितंबर को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अपना फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया था और आज वो अपना फैसला सुनाने जा रहा है. हर अपडेट यहां जानिए.
पूर्व सीएम गुलाम नबी आजाद ने कहा कि हमें इंसाफ का इंतजार है. जब फैसला आएगा तब पता चलेगा कि जम्मू-कश्मीर की आवाम के हक में है या नहीं. हम 4 साल से ज्यादा वक्त से इस दिन का इंतजार कर रहे थे कि कब सुप्रीम कोर्ट इस मामले पर लगातार सुनवाई करके फैसला सुनाएगा. सरकार ने गैरकानूनी फैसला लिया था, हमें इंसाफ का इंतजार है.
SC Verdict On Article 370 Scrapping: The Supreme Court verdict is going to come today against the Central Government's decision to abolish Article 370. Today the Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court is going to give its verdict on the petitions filed against the abrogation of Article 370. A total of 18 petitions were filed against it in 2019, which were heard for 16 days. The Supreme Court had reserved its decision on this on September 5 and today it is going to give its decision.
