The team from Mossad, the Israeli intelligence agency that met Qatari negotiators in Doha, has been ordered to return to Israel, according to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office.

Military analyst Sean Bell has said he doesn't believe Israel pulling out of talks in Doha means negotiations are over.

"Both sides are motivated to make the hostage exchange work. Incentives are aligned for very different reasons," he said.
