लखनऊ POCSO कोर्ट के बाहर यूपी के कुख्यात अपराधी संजीव महेश्वरी जीवा की गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी गई है.. वकील के भेष में आए शख्स ने कोर्ट के बाहर संजीव जीवा पर फायरिंग की.. पुलिस हिरासत में इस अपराधी पर फायरिंग हुई है..लखनऊ पुलिस का दावा है कि सेमी ऑटोमैटिक हथियार से फायरिंग हुई है..और जौनपुर के शूटर विजय यादव ने गोली चलाई है..ये हमलावर वकील की ड्रेस में आया और उसने संजीव जीवा की हत्या कर दी.. अपराधी जीवा के साथ मौजूद दो सिपाहियों को भी गोली लगी है..साथ ही एक बच्ची भी घायल है.. गैंगस्टर मुख्तार अंसारी का करीबी बताया जाता है संजीव जीवा.. इस घटना के बाद से लखनऊ कोर्ट के बाहर तनाव है और वहां वकील धरने पर बैठ गये हैं..कुछ दिनों पहले ही संजीव जीवा की पत्नी पायल ने हत्या की आशंका जताई थी. पायल ने संजीव जीवा के लिए सुरक्षा की मांग की थी.

Lucknow Police claims that firing took place from semi automatic weapon..and shooter Vijay Yadav of Jaunpur fired..the attacker came in lawyer's dress and killed Sanjeev Jeeva..two present with criminal Jeeva Constables have also been shot..A girl child is also injured..Sanjeev Jeeva is said to be close to gangster Mukhtar Ansari..After this incident there is tension outside the Lucknow court and the lawyers there are sitting on dharna.. A few days ago, Sanjeev Jeeva's wife Payal had expressed the possibility of murder. Payal had demanded security for Sanjeev Jeeva.
