दिल्ली का तापमान बीकानेर, बाड़मेर, जोधपुर और कोटा जैसे शहरों से भी ज्यादा रिकॉर्ड किया गया है। आमतौर पर देश के ये इलाके सबसे अधिक गर्म बताए जाते हैं। मौसम विभाग की ओर से 19 मई को जारी किए गए आंकड़ों के मुताबिक दिल्ली के नजफगढ़ में 47.8°C तापमान दर्ज किया गया.

The temperature of Delhi has been recorded higher than cities like Bikaner, Barmer, Jodhpur and Kota. Generally these areas of the country are said to be the hottest. According to the data released by the Meteorological Department on May 19, a temperature of 47.8°C was recorded in Najafgarh, Delhi.
