जम्मू कश्मीर में तो सभी स्कूलों में राष्ट्रगान को अनिवार्य कर दिया गया है...बकायदा इसके लिए जम्मू कश्मीर शिक्षा विभाग ने एक सर्कुलर जारी कर दिया है । घाटी के कई स्कूल राष्ट्रगान के मामले में लापरवाही कर रहे थे । इसीलिए जम्मू कश्मीर प्रशासन ने जन गण मन को लेकर ऐतिहासिक फैसला सुनाया है ।

In Jammu and Kashmir, singing the national anthem has been made mandatory in all schools...for this, the Jammu and Kashmir Education Department has issued a circular. Many schools in the valley were negligent in the matter of national anthem. That is why Jammu and Kashmir administration has given a historic decision regarding Jana Gana Mana.
