Deputy PM says government always acts ethically, but is 'human' and 'fallible'

When asked if the government always operates ethically, Deputy Prime Minister Dominic Raab initially responded by saying "yes", before going on to say mistakes "happen" and the government is "human" and "fallible".

He was speaking to Sky's Niall Paterson following the resignation of the Prime Minister's Ethics Chief, Lord Geidt.
