A man is dead after a crash on Toronto’s Gardiner Expressway involving three dump trucks, police said Tuesday.

Police said one of the dump trucks involved caught fire and a man in his 50s has since died.

It wasn’t the only incident snarling traffic on a major Toronto thoroughfare on Tuesday, after a dump truck crashed into a pedestrian bridge overpass that was under construction on Queen Elizabeth Way.
