COVID Inquiry: PM 'deeply sorry' as he's grilled over Eat Out to Help Out

Rishi Sunak began his evidence at the COVID inquiry by saying "how deeply sorry" he was "to all of those who lost loved ones" and "all those who suffered" in the pandemic.

Meanwhile, when asked about Eat Out to Help Out, the prime minister told the inquiry that medical advisers were not consulted about the scheme.
