Deputy Prime Minister, Oliver Dowden MP, wouldn't be drawn on Boris Johnson's conduct during the pandemic, saying the inquiry "should be allowed to run".

Questioned whether the former PM said "Covid is nature's way of dealing with old people", Mr Dowden said he "wouldn't give commentary" on a single piece of evidence.
