China's manufacturing has dropped to its lowest level in more than two years, the latest sign its economy may be in trouble.
Activity slowed sharply in April, as Shanghai came under a lockdown as part of the government's zero-COVID-19 policy.
Retail sales are also down and unemployment is at its highest level since May 2020 and analysts are warning the impact will be felt well-beyond China's borders.
