As hospital beds fill up in the only hospital treating the coronavirus in the Afghan capital of Kabul, there are fears that a spike in the number of cases could be straining its fragile health system.
Testing, data and knowledge about the virus are scant and many Afghans cannot afford face masks, despite the millions of dollars in aid given to contain the outbreak.
