The Court of Appeal has backed a decision by the High Court that Archie Battersbee cannot be moved from hospital to a hospice to die.

The family of the 12-year-old, who experts say is brain dead and will not survive without life-support treatment, had asked the courts to allow them to move him to a hospice.
