Teams are still managing to rescue people trapped by the devastating earthquakes in Turkey and Syria.
But four days on, hopes of finding many more survivors alive are fading.
More than 21,000 people have been killed. The Hatay province in the south of Turkey was one of the regions hardest hit by the tremors and has become a focus point for rescue efforts.
