This week, the Supreme Court heard arguments about the controversial Texas SB 8 abortion law. While a ruling in that case could have huge implications, an upcoming challenge to a Mississippi abortion law could force the High Court to re-examine the landmark 1973 Roe v. Wade abortion decision.
